How quickly do you reply to an enquiry?
Enquiries sent through the form or by email get a reply within 24 hours. If a container is already held or demurrage is running, call or WhatsApp +91 97141 41559 instead of emailing, so the clearance desk picks it up first.
Is the clearance desk available outside office hours?

How long does customs clearance take?
Once documents are complete, export clearance typically takes about 24 hours and import clearance about 48 working hours. An examination order, an assessment query or port congestion can extend it, so we confirm the timeline for each consignment.
What should I send to get a quote?
Send the port, the commodity and its HS code if you know it, the container type or the cargo weight and volume, the incoterm, and the cargo ready date. With those we can reply with rates and the document list for your shipment.
Can I send documents on WhatsApp?
Yes. Photos or PDFs of the invoice, packing list and bill of lading on WhatsApp are enough for a first check of what is complete and what is missing. For filing, email clear PDF copies to pricing@rpinternational.net.
Where is your office?
Our office is at First Floor, Plot No 73, Office No 1, Ward 5B, Gandhidham, Kachchh, Gujarat 370205, close to Kandla (Deendayal) port. Call ahead so the person handling your shipment is there when you arrive.
Which ports and ICDs do you cover?
We handle cargo at Mundra, Kandla (Deendayal), Pipavav, Hazira and Dahej in Gujarat, plus Nhava Sheva in Maharashtra, and at five inland container depots: ICD Ahmedabad, ICD Sanand, ICD Vadodara, ICD Ankleshwar and ICD Varnama.
Do I need to be based in Gujarat to work with you?
No. What matters is that the cargo moves through a port or ICD we cover. The importer or exporter can be anywhere in India or overseas; documents travel by email and WhatsApp, and we attend the cargo at the port.
