Our Network
Gujarat ports · partner agents abroad
What does RP International's network cover?
RP International's network has two halves. In India, our own team works at Mundra, Kandla, Pipavav, Hazira, Dahej, Nhava Sheva and five inland container depots, from Gandhidham. Abroad, partner agents handle the far end of our six trade lanes: China, Europe, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, East Africa and West Africa.
An overseas agent's first question is who handles the Indian end; an Indian shipper's is who handles the far end. We answer both. The Indian end is done by our own team, the far end by our partner on that lane, and we coordinate the two, so you have one point of contact from booking to delivery.

Why RP International
Why one team for both ends?
Shipments go wrong at the hand-over: documents that suit India but not the destination, or an arrival nobody is watching. Coordinating both ends from Gandhidham closes that gap.

Do you have agents outside India?
Yes. We work with partner agents on our six trade lanes: China, Europe, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, East Africa and West Africa. They handle the far end; we handle India and coordinate both.
Which regions does your network cover?
China, Europe (through Rotterdam, Hamburg and Antwerp), the UAE, Saudi Arabia, East Africa (Mombasa and Dar es Salaam) and West Africa (Lagos, Tema, Cotonou, Lomé and Abidjan). Other destinations are quoted case by case.
Can you ship to a destination outside these regions?
Yes. Send the destination and the cargo, and we will confirm the routing, the transit and who handles the far end before you book.
Who do I contact if there is a problem at the destination?
Our desk, open 24 hours on +91 97141 41559. We take it up with the partner at the far end, so you do not have to find a local contact yourself.
Is the Indian end handled by partners too?
No. Customs clearance, port work and transport at Mundra, Kandla, Pipavav, Hazira, Dahej and Nhava Sheva are run by our own team from Gandhidham.
What does the partner do on an import from China?
Collects from the supplier, consolidates LCL cargo if needed and sends the documents to us, so we can file the Bill of Entry before the vessel reaches Mundra.
What does the partner do on an export to Africa?
Checks the buyer's certificates before loading, such as Form M, SONCAP or PVoC, and follows the arrival notice and delivery order at the destination port.
I am an overseas agent. Can we work together?
If you handle cargo to or from Gujarat, email pricing@rpinternational.net with your company, country and the lanes you cover. We work at Mundra, Kandla and four more ports.
