Rates you receive after an enquiry are estimates, based on the information you gave us, and are valid for the period stated on them. Charges collected by third parties, such as customs duty, shipping line, port, CFS and transport charges, can change and are passed on at actuals unless the quote says otherwise.
A service is agreed only when we confirm it in writing. Our services are governed by our standard trading conditions, supplied with our quotations. Where they differ from these website terms, they take precedence.
