Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance Services
Ten services · one team at the port
What services does RP International offer?
RP International offers ten services: customs clearance, ocean freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, NVOCC consolidation, warehousing and CFS, inland and container transport, breakbulk loading and unloading, project and ODC cargo, and SEZ and FTWZ clearance. They run from Gandhidham at Mundra, Kandla and four more ports.
Most shipments need more than one of them: a container import at Mundra is usually customs clearance, container transport and sometimes storage. Because one team handles all three, the documents are checked once and nobody waits for a hand-over between companies.

What is the difference between a freight forwarder and a customs broker?
A freight forwarder books and manages the transport; a customs broker (CHA) files the customs documents and clears the cargo. RP International does both, so one team handles the booking and the clearance.
Can I use only customs clearance and not your freight?
Yes. Many clients book freight themselves or through the supplier and use us only for clearance at the port. Each service can be bought on its own.
Which ports do your services cover?
Mundra, Kandla (Deendayal), Pipavav, Hazira, Dahej and Nhava Sheva, plus five inland container depots in Gujarat. Service availability differs slightly by port, so each service page lists where it runs.
Do you handle both imports and exports?
Yes. Customs clearance, freight and transport cover both directions. Import clearance centres on the Bill of Entry; export clearance on the shipping bill.
How are your charges worked out?
By service, cargo and port: clearance per Bill of Entry or shipping bill, freight per container or CBM, transport per trip. Each quote shows every part separately.
How quickly do you reply to a quote request?
Within 24 hours, with rates and the document list for your consignment. For urgent cases, such as a container held at the port, call or WhatsApp the desk.
Do you store cargo near Mundra?
Yes, at Ambaji Warehouse / CFS, Mundra, which is a non-bonded facility. It suits cargo waiting for a vessel, a buyer or onward transport.
Do you handle heavy lift and oversized cargo?
Yes. Project and ODC cargo covers route surveys, permits, specialised trailers and port handling for wind blades, transformers and machinery.
